Once a month we welcome new and veteran colleagues to build community over a shared lunch and to discuss important subjects about academia. April’s lunch conversation, moderated by Roberto Lint Sagarena, will center on a facet of our work at Middlebury that deserves more attention, reflection, and perhaps even reform.
