Jeff has been using flipped classroom pedagogy in his Organic Chemistry courses for three years. He will be discussing his motivations for moving to this model, his preparation and implementation. He will also share some unexpected “dos and don’ts” from his experience, as well as the outcomes of his continuing and evolving use of this method of classroom instruction.
