Join Yoga Instructor and fellow MIIS student Ali for a hatha yoga flow class on Mondays at 6pm and Thursdays at 12:30pm in the McGowan Wellness Space (MG215). Bring your own mat, if you have one, and wear comfy clothes to stretch in. Mats are available if you do not have one or forget yours.
