We work primarily in the consumer packaged goods industry and facilitate the collaboration between retailers and manufacturers. Distribution, shelving, assortment, merchandising, and pricing are the five key controllables that manufacturers face at retail every single day. By bringing in-depth, quantified results to bear on each of these five subject areas, manufacturers are able to help retailers manage categories for growth and for profit, and to gain their retailer’s trust in the process.
