Bruce Klingner, Middlebury Class of 1982, is Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, where he specializes in Korean and Japanese affairs. Prior to joining the Heritage Foundation, he spent 20 years working for the CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency.
