The goal for this series of discussions is to encourage discussion among Middlebury faculty around the complex intersection of racial identity, Whiteness and our teaching lives. Regardless of the specific racial identify one might hold for oneself, what is the impact of ‘Whiteness’ on how we each live and work, here, at this particular college?
