The Ramsar Convention
The Ramsar Convention is an intergovernmental treaty adopted in 1971 to provide a framework for wetland conservation and wise use. In this interactive, hybrid session, four panelists with extensive experience with Ramsar will discuss how the treaty is enacted on the ground and challenges and opportunities for future global practitioners.
