Closed to the Public

Join in a group relaxation and meditation practice to promote restful sleep, decrease stress, and cultivate mental tranquility. This group will include relaxation practices, called Yoga Nidra, to systematically scan the body to promote deep relaxation. Each group will begin with a few gentle, restorative yoga poses and then move into Yoga Nidra. The group will conclude with a guided meditation and group sharing.
