Reorientation: Reorganizing for Action

Join facilitators from BreakAway for this professional development workshop. At a time when immersion trips and experiential learning are on the rise, it’s important that we think critically about the short- and long-term effects of our work. Students often talk about the life-changing experiences they have through these programs, but how often do they result in long-lasting transformation? Break Away recently redefined our concept of Reorientation as reorganizing into small groups.
