For their independent study in Music with Assistant Professor Matthew Evan Taylor, Jude Seo ‘24.5 and Brett Sorbo ‘24.5 will perform pieces composed and inspired by jazz musicians whose work altered the trajectory of the music, including Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, Ornette Coleman, and Sun Ra.
