Food with Dignity

We are planning to host a dinner for food justice awareness. For our dinner we will be focusing on milk and integrating it into various dishes at the dinner. As Vermont is known for dairy, we think this would be a great opportunity to disrupt these ideas that the focus on local, organic Vermont foods (specifically dairy products) is the only responsible way to consume food. To disrupt this, we do not need to look far; Migrant Justice in Vermont, for example, has an entire campaign called Milk with Dignity, which aims to improve the working conditions of Vermont dairy workers.
