Steven Sondheim is regarded as one of the best Musical Theatre makers of our time. In celebration of his life, the Musical Theatre Club will be meeting to discuss all things Sondheim – favorite shows, songs that moved us, and personal experiences with his work. Middlebury Athletics alumni representing Goldman Sachs will host an information session for current varsity student-athletes. The event will provide students an opportunity to learn about leveraging experiences in athletics into to a career in investment banking, as well as how to best navigate the recruiting process amidst a busy schedule. Dress code casual, feel free to stop by after practice.

The Writing Center—in partnership with Wellness and Scott Centers and Libraries—welcomes you to a writing event to process the pandemic. Hosted by peer writing tutors, this event is designed to process painful memories, to support healing, and to create art. No prior experience with personal or reflective writing necessary! Hosted by Apogee Assistant Director Mary Coyne, this presentation will last between 20-30 minutes and provide lots of information about what it looks like to work with Apogee. Mary will also be eager to answer any and all questions.

If interview slots are still available by the time of the info session, students are welcome to sign up for open slots at this time. Mary will be conducting interviews the following morning.

This summer join the community of dynamic, accomplished and charismatic Overland leaders who help students see the world and all of its beauty and promise. Overland hires exceptional college students and recent graduates to lead hiking, biking, language, service and writing programs across the country and around the world. The staff of over 200 leaders and support staff spend ten days training and six weeks leading or supporting programs. Small groups, carefully crafted programs and inspiring leadership have been at the heart of the Overland experience for 37 years.
