Create Your First College Résumé: A Workshop for New Students Planning to Apply for On-Campus Jobs

Are you a first-year student planning to apply for on-campus jobs this semester? The Center for Careers and Internships (CCI) is ready to help you create your first college résumé. Come from 7:00-7:30 pm either night for a presentation on how to transform the skills and experience you’ve gained through classes, jobs, and other activities into a strong, professional Middlebury résumé. Stay as long as you want to work on your résumé. CCI’s Peer Career Advisors will be on hand to provide personalized feedback and guidance.

Careers in the intelligence community using foreign language skills

The Senior Language Authority of the Intelligence Community, who holds a master’s degree from the Middlebury College Spanish School, will provide an overview of the Community and emphasize the significant role that foreign language proficiency plays in its missions. Don Gentile will also delve into the diverse array of roles within the Community that demand foreign language skills, highlighting the expertise necessary for effective performance in these positions.

This on-campus tabling event is an opportunity for Middlebury students to learn more about Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. VYCC offer paid positions to youth and young adults (ages 15-29) to work on impactful conservation and food security projects.
