Learn about why humans procrastinate and some useful frameworks for making sense of this issue. We will then share some practical long-term and short-term strategies to improve focus so that you can take more control over your life and your academic experience.

This Pre-Health Info Session with Hannah Benz and Mary Lothrop is designed to help prospective candidates determine when/how to be most competitive in the medical school application process.
This session will emphasize AAMC competencies, how to articulate your ‘why,’ and strategies for identifying strong individual letters of recommendation.

Join Tim Mosehauer (CCI) in Hillcrest at noon (lunch provided!)—especially suitable for non-STEM students. Mary Lothrop (CTLR) will offer a Zoom session at 7 pm, with more of a STEM focus.
