Anywhere from 80 to 95 percent of college students procrastinate according to the American Psychological Association (APA). Learn about why humans procrastinate and some useful frameworks for making sense of this issue. We will then share some practical long-term and short-term strategies to improve focus so that you can take more control over your life and your academic experience.

All students considering a career in the health professions are encouraged to attend the Pre-Health Info Session with Hannah Benz and Mary Lothrop.
