Stop by to write a letter to loved ones based on some prompts that help you to express care, gratitude and connection. Sharing our thoughts about important relationships in our lives - romantic, familial or friendship based — strengthen relationships and improve mental health. Hot cider and cookies will also be served!

Wear Purple Day is an easy way for organizations, offices, classes, and individuals to get involved in Dating and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Join us in wearing purple clothing to raise awareness and show support for those who have experienced relationship violence.

In the event of severe weather, this tabling event will be moved to the Davis Library Vestibule.

Author Event: Caralena Peterson and The Effortless Perfection Myth

Meet author Caralena Peterson to discuss her book, The Effortless Perfection Myth: Debunking the Myth and Revealing the Path to Empowerment for Today’s College Women.

Books will be provided for the first 20 guests who arrive at the event.

Caralena Peterson is an expert on “effortless perfection” and the mental health crisis it has helped to create on college campuses across the United States, especially amongst women. She earned her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Public Policy at Duke University and her M.A. at the Middlebury Bread Loaf School of English.
