Join Ragen and Uplift in a conversation about making fitness culture at Middlebury more inclusive. Ragen’s signature keynote, “Fitness for Every Body” covers a wide range of topics that have been curated for our community including types of privilege and impacts within fitness culture, cultural messages about health and their social impacts, deconstructions of fitness and beauty standards, intersections of exclusionary fitness culture at Middlebury (racism, transphobia, ableism, weight stigma) and ways to co-create a more inclusive fitness culture on our campus!

This in-person workshop explores different self-care practices, mind-body modalities, and accessible healing practices to kickstart or add to your self-care toolkit! ConsentFest

Middlebury’s annual ConsentFest is back! Come visit peer educators and Health and Wellness Education staff to play some games, win some prizes, and have conversations about consent, communication, and healthy relationships.

This will be held in the fenced area on Voter lawn. In the case of rain, ConsentFest will be in the Battell Beach tent.
