Massage therapists from Waterfalls Day Spa will be providing mini massages with a’chromatherapy meditations and aromatherapy. First come, first served!

Join Dr. Dorothy J. Edwards, author of the Green Dot etc. Violence Prevention Strategy, to reflect on the power of bystanders one year after Middlebury became a Green Dot campus. Dr. Edwards has worked in primary prevention, capacity building, and community mobilization throughout her career and currently intersects with the military, non-profits, communities, high schools, and colleges from around the globe as Executive Director of Green Dot, etc.

A consent-themed carnival to increase awareness of sexual assault statistics and issues, as well as broaden the scope of knowledge that students have regarding their resources, from Title IX to counseling. Students will learn more about healthy communication, and about healthy and enthusiastic consent, both sexual and non-sexual.

Join the Student Wellness Leaders in Crossroads for coloring, play-doh sculptures, and back-to-childhood snacks. Stop by for 5 minutes or stay the whole time to release some end of the semester stress.

Tight shoulders? Hunching over your computer? Stress creeping in as the end of the semester approaches? Join yoga instructor Stephanie Jones for 20 minutes of seated yoga. No special clothes, shoes, mats, or props required. Come as you are and get ready to release some tension, stretch, and breathe to celebrate the last day of classes.

Come and celebrate the end of the Well-being Challenge in Community with other participants! We’ll be in Rehearsals Cafe (in the MCA) from 11am to 1pm with small bites and celebratory attitudes hoping to hear all about how the Challenge went for everyone.

Pop bubble wrap, grab a fidget spinner, hang out in a zero gravity chair, get a new journal, or build something with play dough. Stop in for 10 minutes, or the whole afternoon for an open relaxation space with Barbara McCall, Director of Health and Wellness Education.

A prize and snack-filled night of fun and sexy bingo! Join Karen B.K. Chan for sexual pleasure and health themed bingo, along with delicious snacks and TONS of prizes. This event is in conjunction with ConsentFest and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, sponsored by the Office of Health and Wellness.
