VT State Senator Joe Benning Addresses Middlebury College Republicans” Description: “Please join the Middlebury College Republicans in welcoming VT State Senate Minority Leader Joe Benning (R-Caledonia) to campus. Senator Benning will be addressing a meeting of the Middlebury College Republicans on Monday, November 2, at 8:00pm in Munroe Hall, room 222. Senator Benning will be discussing Vermont public policy issues, the upcoming legislative session, and the 2016 state elections. All members of the Middlebury community are welcome to attend this event.
