Join the MIIS Peace Corps Club and MIIS Sustainability Council at Del Monte Beach on Friday, April 18th, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM, a morning of community and impact in celebration of Earth Week! Help clean up our coastline, meet like-minded people, and do something tangible for the planet. Supplies provided, this event is open to all!

Join us in our environmental protection panel discussion where the sustainable council members will share their views and stories! Food will be provided! At the end of the event, mysterious gifts await! Interpretation service available!

Join us for a special Earth Week screening of Demain (Tomorrow), the inspiring French documentary that takes a refreshing and hopeful look at climate solutions across the globe! Instead of focusing on doom and gloom, Demain spotlights real communities taking action on food, energy, economy, and education. It’s the perfect way to spark conversation, sip some wine (or sparkling water!), and get inspired to build a better future. Free & open to all! Whether you’re a French speaker, a climate enthusiast, or just here for the apéro, come join the fun!

This event involves a cultural dance performance titled “Land of Etiquette and Propriety”, which showcases traditional Chinese etiquette and aesthetics through movement. The performance highlights the grace and elegance of Chinese culture, emphasizing themes of respect, harmony, and refinement.
