Come support the MIIS INMM (Nuclear) Club at Cibo’s! There will be happy hour prices for drinks and the nuclear conversation is free.

The INMM Club is holding its first fundraiser of the semester in downtown Monterey at Cibo’s Restaurant on Thursday, 03/01 from 4pm-8pm. It’s a great excuse to socialize while helping us raise funds for club events, so come out and support! Newcomers and non-NPTS majors are welcome.

The purpose of this meeting to to discuss and plan our up-coming field trip to Vandenberg Air Force Base on May 10 to see the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket with Iridium NEXT satellites 51-55 and GRACE Follow-On satellites. At this meeting, we will get a head-count for participants so that we can budget accurately, and we will confirm travel and timing details.

The INMM club is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its first lecture event of the semester. Our guest will be joining us via webinar. Bradley Dolan is the Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) Probabilistic Risk Assessment group manager with the Tennessee Valley Authority, which oversees operations of nuclear energy plants in Tennessee and Georgia. Mr.

Town Hall meeting with the IEP student body to discuss relevant program issues and Student Council funding program funding.

IEP representative will disseminate Student Council updates and open the floor for discussion.

The steering committee will facilitate a brief orientation and networking session for all participating vendors and student prototypers. We will discuss event day logistics, marketing 101, zero-waste principals and conduct a networking activity. For more information: sites.miis.edu/market
