Mandatory graduating student information meeting for those planning to graduate in May 2025. Information surrounding commencement will be presented and graduating student speaker nominees will present summaries of their speeches. Join us in person at
Irvine Auditorium or join virtually via Zoom (link will be sent by email to all graduating students a few days prior to meeting).

Celebrate love, community, and friendship at our special Valentine’s Day event. Indulge in a variety of Valentine’s-themed refreshments and participate in fun games and activities like creating your own mini flower bouquet. Join Vice President Jeff Dayton-Johnson as we honor faculty and staff colleagues who have reached a milestone anniversary at MIIS in 2024. Event open to MIIS faculty and staff only.

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with MIIS faculty, staff, and students! Enjoy traditional mooncakes and tea while we watch the moon rise. Families welcome! Please RSVP by September 10th.

In an effort to continue our goal of recycling, reducing, and reusing in an environmentally friendly way, we are offering gently used, somewhat used, and REALLY used supplies, household items, file folders, chairs, bookshelves, random furniture, and computers in three locations on a first come, first serve basis on August 30 from 9AM – 12PM.

We are pleased to announce Winter Commencement will be celebrated on Saturday,
December 14, 2024 at 1:00PM Pacific Time at the Irvine Auditorium, McCone Building, 499
Pierce Street, Monterey, CA. Doors open at noon. Tickets will be required to attend.
A reception immediately following ceremony at Samson Student Center.
