In this vinyӈsa-based class, we will be directing our awareness to our breath and bodies, as we slowly flow from one posture to the next. This meditative practice, will encourage you to explore the relationships between your body, mind, and heart, and invite deeper connections between these areas of your experience. The intention for this series will be connection to yourself, others, the world around you, and inviting all experiences to lead to deeper awakening. Please join us on Thursday mornings for a grounding and uplifting pause in your week.
