Join us for our one-hour kickoff meeting where we’ll welcome new and returning members, hold elections for open positions, and brainstorm ideas for the semester ahead. We’ll also give members a preview of our exciting upcoming events, including panels on law school applications, scholarships and financial aid, a career panel with Middlebury alumni, a roundtable Q&A with Tim Mosehauer, and discussions on current events and Supreme Court decisions. 

Abstract: This presentation explores how Arab intellectuals during the Nahda—the so-called Arab cultural renaissance—engaged with Chinese culture, its anti-colonial struggle, constitutional revolution, and women’s rights. 

Come participate in an interactive, open-forum style stakeholder led listening session on what should be included in Vermont’s Conservation Plan. If you’re interested in protecting public lands, keeping trees standing, or the future of Vermont’s landscape this event is for you. Open to everyone (students, faculty, staff, and community members)!
