This session will introduce Residential Teaching Assistant (TA) roles at Interlochen Arts Camp great for any college student looking for a summer job and Instructor of Residence Life positions at Interlochen Arts Academy—ideal for graduating seniors who are passionate about the arts but unsure of their next move. In these roles, you’ll live and work on Interlochen’s stunning campus, immersed in a community of talented artists from around the world. Whether guiding students in their artistic journey or fostering a supportive residential experience, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while staying connected to your craft.
