Starting your résumé approval is simple! Drop by Quick Question hours to meet with a PCA. They’ll review your résumé and either approve it on the spot if it’s ready or provide feedback to help you strengthen it. Once approved, you’ll receive a “CCI résumé approved” tag in your Handshake profile, signaling that your résumé meets CCI’s standards. This approval is required for internship funding and certain student treks, so we recommend you complete this step early in your Middlebury experience.

During a résumé review, PCAs will offer personalized feedback to help you structure and polish your résumé. Expect guidance on organizing your experiences, tailoring content for specific industries or roles, and highlighting key skills. PCAs may suggest adjustments in formatting, phrasing, or layout to ensure your achievements stand out. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps to improve your résumé—or, if it’s ready, they can approve it on the spot!
