Join Tim Parsons, head horticulturist, for a short walk around campus. He will talk about the trees, shrubs, and flowers on the grounds and explain how the College manages the landscape and prepares for the future in a changing world. Meet in front of New Battell; ends at Proctor Terrace.

Meet in front of New Battell for a walk across campus. Continue on to the Red Kelly Trail, which follows the perimeter of the College’s golf course. The course consists of moderately rolling terrain with several steep hills.

Join your 1976 classmates for a spirited 9 or 18 holes of golf at the beautiful Ralph Myhre Golf Course! Complimentary tee times available from 10:00–11:00 AM. Lunch will be provided at the Tavern on the Tee. Register online by May 21 at go.middlebury.edu/50thgolf. Carts available day-of: $25 for 18 holes / $16 for 9 holes (per person, at check-in). You do not need a full group to register. If you have less than a foursome, the golf course will do their best to group you with other players. Questions? The 50th class will gather for a delightful evening of food, conversation, and celebration, joined by President Ian Baucom. The program will include brief remarks and the presentation of the class gift. Following dinner, classmates are invited to continue the evening on the roof of Bicentennial Hall for stargazing with faculty and staff from the Mittelman Observatory.

Head up to Bread Loaf for a special evening including a reception, dinner, class photo, and a memorial tribute to remember our departed classmates. Guests may drive, carpool, or ride the bus. Buses depart from Lot C behind New Battell at 5:30 pm. (A bus will also stop at the President’s house at 5:35 pm to pick up guests attending the Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Reception.)
