The AFC, the Center for Careers and Internships, Student Financial Services, the Creating Connections Consortium (C3) via Dr. Miguel Fernandez, Dr. Marcos Rohena-Madrazo, and Dr. Clinton Cave have partnered to bring you a week full of insight on preparing for your next step. Whether that “next step” is a summer job, an internship, major career planning, mentorship and networking, your graduate school application, or just preparing for fall semester—they will share all the steps you need to take and information about the resources available to you!

Faculty, staff, and students who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community are all invited to attend the AFC’s Queer Student, Staff, and Faculty mixer as part of Pride Week 2022.

In honor of Black History Month, the AFC invites Black students, faculty, and staff to drop by for some community connecting and fun. We will have Black culture and history trivia, cultural guessing games, music, and more. The event is from 2-4pm at the AFC Main Lounge in Carr Hall. There will be snack bags and small giveaways to take with you!

Happy spring! The AFC invites first-generation students, faculty, and staff to join us at the Bread Loaf View Farm to tour the farm and learn how maple is harvested.

We will depart from the AFC promptly at 9:45 a.m.

The Anderson Freeman Center is hosting a social event for First@Midd 6.0 peer leaders and participants. This will be an opportunity to reconnect with your family groups, talk about your first semester, share your memorable moments, and ask any lingering questions you may have.
