Bentley University We have a newly structured MBA program for young professionals with 0-3 years of work experience. The Emerging Leaders MBA is a 21 month business education opportunity for young professionals or recent graduates who want to be ready for the management challenges of today’s technology-driven workplace. The program includes field-based learning, international exposure, team projects, and a focus on accountable leadership.
