Considering an internship in the field of education? Looking for advice or help? Previous student interns and CCI’s Education Adviser will speak about how to find an internship and some of the great opportunities out there from teaching to educational policy.

Two Middlebury alums will share tips and strategies from the perspective of both supervisors and interns for how to be most successful in your summer internship. Topics covered in this interactive workshop will include: making the most of your first week, effective writing and communication styles in the workplace, defining expectations, and being prepared when the unexpected happens! 

A panel of international alumni will share stories of their first job, how they’re navigating U.S. work culture, successes and problems they’ve encountered, and advice for current international students. This event is presented by the International Student Organization (ISO), Center for Careers and Internships (CCI), and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS).
