At the Expo you will be able to interact with simulations, including blends of physical and digital technology, observe a motion-capture performance, and talk with others about their experiences. Some of the projects included will be the Sea Level Rise Explorer, the Sandbox, and Representations of the Apocalypse. The Expo will conclude with a discussion about the possibilities of XR technologies for Middlebury. All interest levels are welcome.

Welter

Sponsored by:
Dance
A dance saturated in light by Elena Demyanenko, Chloe Engel, and Laurel Jenkins. Three simultaneous solos emerge out of prolonged work with color, with the performers cohabiting a viscous dimension of saturated light. Infected by color virus and noise making, they exhibit symptoms which evince something ancient and essential to emotional survival, complete with an extra-lingual mode of communication that is evocative of invocation and incantation. Free
