Sound of Childhood: Listening Room

An evening of listening. Enjoy the audio documentary work by students of Sounds of Childhood - a new course created with support of the Professor’s of the Practice program. Students explored the social construction of childhood through reading, writing and production of original sound works.

This will be a panel discussion with Richard Hornik, Stony Brook University, and former China Bureau Chief of Time Magazine Tom Hout, MIIS and former China specialist for Boston Consulting Group Markus Rodlauer P’16, International Monetary Fund Deputy Director and China Mission Chief Sponsors include International Politics and Economics and East Asian Studies.
