Dr. Spatafora of the MBB department and Sakura Yagi (‘09) will give a lecture on the chemistry and culture of sake, the Japanese fermented rice drink. Dr. Spatafora is Heinz-Given Professor of the Pre-medical Sciences. Sakura Yagi is COO of the T.I.C. Restaurant Group in NYC. This lecture will be followed the next day by a ticketed, multiple-course Sake Dinner in Atwater by Japanese Club. Join us!
