Join us for our upcoming Build Your Own Med Kit event! This is a great opportunity to put together your own personalized kit and learn what essentials to carry—no prior knowledge needed.

All supplies will be provided, and we’ll walk you through what to include and why it matters.

Join MFR to make your own med kit to keep in your car or in your room. All supplies provided. 

Come join us in Bihall to earn your national Stop The Bleed certification. You will have a presentation and time for hands on practice. Learn some life saving skills!
