Emerge Vermont Workshop: Women in Politics

Emerge Vermont is the premier training program for Democratic women interested in running for office. Emerge recruits, trains, and inspires women to run for office, and creates a powerful network to support them in their efforts. Founded in 2013 by former Governor Madeleine Kunin and a group of women in politics, Emerge Vermont has trained over 50 women to run for office. The organization is part of a national network with affiliates in 17 states that have trained over 2,000 women to run for office.
