Follies performers will do a run through prior to the actual show that is on Friday November 10, 2017. Purpose to work out the kinks prior to the actual performance

Join Lana Panfilova, certified transformational coach and facilitator, for a seminar on managing finances during challenging times. The workshop will cover ideas for setting financial priorities, reducing your debt, managing your income, finding other sources of income, working with the stakeholders in your life, and ideas to save more money along the way. This interactive seminar is being offered by WellConnect, in conjunction with the Office of Student Services.

Drop-in and forget finals for an hour! Join Rebecca Henriksen for a relaxing and energizing yoga class: 12pm-1pm. Bring your mat if you have one; some loaner mats are available. Open to students, faculty and staff.

Finals are coming up, and it can be a stressful time. Join volunteers from Animal Friends Rescue Project (AFRP) for some puppy, dog and kitten time!

Take a breath and de-stress during finals in the MIIS “spa room” on Tuesday, December 12. 12pm - 4pm: enjoy spa water, tea and light snacks in the spa room! This silent space will offer a number of activities to destress, unwind and take a break during what can be a tense week.
