Join us for a first-hand look into the cultures, people, and places experienced by Peace Corps Volunteers serving around the world! Networking will take place in the McCone Upper Atrium from 7:00pm to 7:45pm followed by a screening of short films from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.

Returned Peace Corps Volunteers will share their stories from their services. There will be food and time to discuss the stories as well!

All members of the MIIS community are welcome to attend a podcast recording + potluck hosted by the Peace Corps Club and MIIS Radio to celebrate Peace Corps Week. Bring a plate to share and after eating, we will record a discussion on various topics related to Peace Corps service and life at MIIS. Maddie Smith will be hosting the event at her home a few blocks from campus. Please RSVP to Lawrence Garber - lgarber@middlebury.edu.

Outdoor Recreation Club is hosting a happy hour at Bull and Bear from 4- 8 pm on Thursday, September 27 to raise funds for the club

Join the ODRC for our first bike ride of the semester! This ride is an approx. 10-mile loop from MIIS to Asilomar State Beach and back. It will primarily be on paved road, but includes brief stretches of dirt/gravel so participants should have tires that can handle bumpy terrain. Riders need to bring their own bikes or arrange to rent bikes independently through one of the local bikes shops. In addition, riders need to be self-supporting and prepared to fix their own flat tires/other mechanical issues.
