Join the Cult of Bale as we explore the fascinating world of Cults!! We plan to have an introductory gathering at Cibo’s Restaurant from 6 - 8 pm. This is a very informal gather and people may come and go as they wish during the meeting. We will chat briefly about logistics (time and place for regular meetings) and give our general plan for the semester. Everyone is welcome to contribute. We will then begin discussing Cults and related topics according to everyone’s interests.

CTBTO Youth Group Introductory Meeting

Alex Newhouse NPTS ‘18 talks about data privacy and protection, as well as his strategies for developing the technical skills necessary to get hired in a data protection role.

This workshop will focus on Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Pre-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students who intent to obtain a summer internship in the U.S. Topics to be covered are: eligibility to apply, the application process and maintaining status while on an approved period of training authorization. This workshop is open to all F-1 students who are interested in learning more about these two types of off-campus training authorizations.

COWSPIRACY screening and discussion on animal product consumption's effect on the environment

Veg Club is thrilled to host a screening of “COWSPIRACY” a documentary making the connection between animal product consumption and the environment.
The screening is 1h30 minutes and will be followed by a discussion on what we are already doing and can do better in the MIIS and Monterey communities to create positive change that will impact the environment and our future.
