WTWS Midd Parkour

Parkour is a training method for body and mind that enables us to move logically and creatively through a setting to overcome variable terrain and obstacles using just our own physical capabilities. No previous experience is necessary to participate in this workshop; we will focus on fundamental parkour movements including safe ways to fall; mastery of essential vaults; climbing up and down walls safely, and basic flips. WTWS Log Rolling

Having roots in the lumber industry of the mid-1800s, log rolling is now a sport on its way to Olympic recognition. FUN, safe, and challenging, log rolling improves balance, agility, and endurance. People who roll are cool and supportive, laughter is standard at the practices, and you will learn a great skill at your own pace. There’s nothing else like it and we’d love to see you.
