Very Basic Yoga, 11:00-12:00 noon Geared especially for those new to the Iyengar method of yoga, or wanting to stick with a more basic level of practice. We’ll emphasize standing postures, as well as seated and reclined poses, with plenty of time for relaxation. Beginners very welcome. Mixed-Level Iyengar Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m. For people with at least 6 months of experience working with Joanna or another Iyengar teacher.
