My name is Penny Saltzman and I use she/her pronouns. I am a student in University of Vermont’s Masters of Social Work program and I am interested in clinical social work. My professional interests include working with students around themes like substance use, LGBTQ+ relationships, and transitioning to campus life.
I moved to Vermont almost 10 years ago where I completed my undergraduate degree in environmental studies— I love the outdoors and am passionate about environmental justice. When I’m not at school you can surely find me reading a good book, cooking a meal, or on a walk in nature!
