Jon Isham is professor of economics and environmental studies. He joined the Middlebury faculty in 1999 and teaches courses on social change, environmental economics, microeconomics, and environmental policy. Before coming to Middlebury, Jon graduated from Harvard College, served in the Peace Corps in Benin, and earned his master’s in international studies from Johns Hopkins University and his doctorate of economics from University of Maryland at College Park.
