Badcock

Belinda Louise Diacui Badcock P’18, ’20.5 is a longtime advocate for marketing and education in the U.S. as well as her native Brazil. Her interests were acquired while developing a career in marketing in finance and investment banking arenas. After graduation from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987, she returned to Brazil, where she worked at Banco Garantia (now Credit Suisse), trading third-world debt, then to Citibank Brazil where she was director of marketing and strategic planning for the CSG—Consumer Services Group—and Card Services with Diners Club and MasterCard International. Badcock has done extensive research in education techniques and programs worldwide with a special interest in brain science, cognitive development for the treatment of learning differences as well as having a passion for expanding access to education in countries in Africa.
