Carol McBride

Caroline S. McBride ’75, P’04, ’09, now retired, was cofounder, managing director, and chief investment officer of Forum Partners Investment Management LLC, a global real estate investment management firm that provides restructuring capital and market expertise to small and mid-size firms.  Prior to founding Forum Partners Investment Management in 2002, McBride was a managing director at Security Capital Group, where she provided investment and operational oversight for the companies in which the firm held an ownership position. She launched her career in management and finance with IBM, where she served as director of finance, investments, and asset management for IBM’s corporate real estate division, and later was director of private market investments for the IBM Retirement Fund. She is also a trustee of several for-profit organizations. A resident of Middlebury, Vermont, McBride holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University.
