Hi all– My name is Dana Williams, and I use she/her pronouns.  I’m a graduate student counselor in training working towards my degree in Clinical Mental Health at Northern Vermont University.  Most recently I come from working at an alternative program for youth and offering restorative yoga classes at a community recovery center in Johnson Vermont.

I believe that we all have the capacity for healing and remembering the wholeness and enoughness that is inherent in our being.  My approach is compassionate, person-centered and holistic aiming to fully welcome in and make space for all of you.  I draw from strengths-based and intersectional feminist perspectives, and may integrate expressive arts and mindfulness-based practices.

Fun, relaxation and support for me is spending time outside skiing in all forms, hiking, mountain biking, connecting with friends & family, creative movement and art, practicing meditation, yoga and snuggling my dog Molly.
