Flu Vaccine Clinic for Employees

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The Center for Health and Wellness (Parton) Student Health Services will offer a flu vaccine clinic for Middlebury employees (faculty and staff) on the following dates at the Peterson Athletic Complex:

• Thursday, December 17: 9 a.m. to noon
• Friday, December 18, 9 a.m. to noon

The Health Center has doses leftover from the student flu vaccine supply and is now offering them to employees. We have 100 appointments available this week.

Please note the following guidelines for the clinic:

• Come to the flu vaccine clinic only if you are feeling well
• Park at the front of the Peterson Athletic Complex and enter via the front entrance (for those who participated in COVID-19 testing this fall, the same entrance will be used)
• Bring your Middlebury ID 
• There is no charge for vaccine and your health insurance will not be billed
• A paper consent and health screening will be completed upon arrival at the clinic
• Any employee can participate–even if you are not approved to work on campus
