Instructions for Students who have had a Confirmed COVID-19 Diagnosis and have Recovered from COVID-19 within the past 90 days
Asymptomatic Fully Vaccinated and Boosted Students Identified as a Close Contact: If you are identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19, you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms, and you have recovered within the past 90 days after a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, you are not required to obtain a COVID-19 test. Please retain a copy of documentation confirming your positive COVID-19 test result within the past 90 days for verification purposes (e.g., for travel or other requirements). Wear a well-fitted mask when around others (this is in addition to the College’s mask policy) and monitor for symptoms for 10 days. You should avoid travel and being around people who are at high risk.
Asymptomatic Students who Are Not Vaccinated (Including Those with Medical or Religious Exemptions) or Those who are Eligible for a Booster Shot but Have not Received the Shot: Students in this category who are identified as a close contact must quarantine for at least five full days, wear a well-fitted mask when around others, avoid travel, and monitor for symptoms for 10 days.
Students Experiencing Symptoms: Students who experience COVID-19 symptoms and have recovered within the past 90 days after a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 should follow the self-care guidance at COVID-19 Care, including “How to take care of yourself.” They must retain a copy of documentation confirming their positive COVID-19 test result within the past 90 days for verification purposes (e.g., for travel or other requirements).
All students are required to upload positive tests to their health portal. Students who do not have documentation should email email@example.com.
