The Sustainability Solutions Lab (SSL) provides opportunities to shape Middlebury’s sustainability journey. At the heart of the SSL are students working with faculty and staff and experts in many fields to define and solve some of our greatest challenges.

SSL interns have been instrumental in the creation and evolution of initiatives like Energy2028, greening of athletics, advancing sustainability abroad, sustainable design and construction, sustainable living, an on-campus student consultancy, and many others.

Interested in a paid internship with the SSL? We hire at the beginning of every semester (including summer).

**We are hiring Fall 2021 interns! Read more and apply here by 5pm EST on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

You can read about what it’s like to be a part of the SSL on the SSL Blog.

Currently, the SSL is playing a major role in meeting the goals of Energy2028.
