The following message was sent to the Middlebury campus community on Thursday, April 9.

Dear Middlebury Community,

Thank you for the extraordinary engagement in the strategic planning process over the past several months. We are deeply grateful for the time, thoughtfulness, and care that so many of you have contributed through working groups, open meetings, and individual conversations. Your input has been essential in shaping the direction of this important work.

The Steering Committee is now in the final stages of preparing draft priorities and tactics, which we hope to share with faculty, staff, and students next week. The draft will be posted on the Canvas site and distributed via an all-campus email.

We look forward to gathering feedback through multiple channels, including the Canvas discussion board, emails to the Strategic Planning inbox, and an upcoming community forum.
