While at its core this work is about people and relationships, we also believe in the power of data and assessment to help us achieve our overarching goals of enhancing student wellbeing, belonging and retention. This site is intended to share some of that data with the wider Middlebury community, both to tell the stories of the work we do, and to be transparent about our efforts.
